Travel and Sightseeing

Yesterday was a travel day and today we spent our time walking through the French Quarter of New Orleans, learning about the history, marveling at the old buildings, and meeting a highly loquacious museum security guard who gave us his testimonial of his time in the SuperDome during Hurricane Katrina.  The convention began tonight with a very inspirational program, including a greeting from Mark Hanson, some great music, and a wonderful presentation from Pastor Nadia Bolz-Weber, who received a standing ovation following her speech.
